Any Food or Catering related Questions?

 As a chef for over fifteen years i have worked in Five star hotels and Michelin star restaurants to Retirement homes and Pubs, all very different operations and standards. Friends and family often ask about what go's on behind the scenes, Unless you have eaten in a restaurant with an open kitchen you probably wouldn't have noticed the amount of work and staff involved in making your experience a memorable one.
As I'm the chef in the family i often get calls when the recipes in the cook books go wrong or somebody wants to cook a meal to impress the other half, I'm very happy to help.
